The Eight Principles
In this change management course, we are using eight basic principles (Change Puzzle), which can help you address the most important elements of any change program. None of these principles alone will assure you success. However, by better understanding their impact, you can be better prepared for overcoming the challenges which are part-and-parcel of every change effort.
For each activity in the course, we recommend that you take the time to consider the challenge presented, and that you write down an analysis of your findings (based on the data available, and additional sources of information you identify).
By doing that you can enhance your learning considerably (taking notes is a Learning Booster!)
